• We will establish an inquiries desk to respond to all complaints and inquiries regarding personal information in a timely fashion.
• Regarding personal information management systems and the handling of personal information, we will carry out necessary revisions to ensure suitable operations are maintained along with continuing to review and improve our efforts to protect personal information.
• These measures will be distributed and made available in writing to all our employees, and released on our website where they will be visible to our customers.
