CEO Profile

After studying the latest information about company management theory, such as organizations, accounting, and marketing as well as management, Takashi Uchiyama acquired a Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant qualification. At this time, he also set up a specialist sales consulting firm called Executive Inc.

Wanting to do whatever he could to assist the sales activities of both companies that have excellent products and services yet lack sales expertise, and foreign companies wishing to expand into the Japanese market, Uchiyama was one of the first to set up a sales outsourcing company in Japan.

Since Executive’s launch 17 years ago, it has provided sales solutions and sales outsourcing to over 3,000 companies.

Executive Inc. remains Japan’s leading sales outsourcing company. It assists businesses of all sizes from a variety of industries with sales negotiations and their sales activities; its clients including both Japanese and non-Japanese companies.

Our company was launched in 2002 as a sales consulting firm, before shifting to a business model centered on sales outsourcing.

Why are we so proud of our work?

In a nutshell: repeat orders and long-term contracts

Of all the things that make us proud about our work, repeat orders and long-term contracts are at the top of the list.
When we sign contracts with our clients, they do not specify a set period (for example, a minimum six months).

Why? That’s because, even if we were to sign a long-term contract, should a client not be satisfied with our sales work, the contract would be cancelled early. On the other hand, with a monthly contract satisfied clients continue to work with us for two or three years. This is the best feedback on our sales activities that we could possibly receive. We are proud to have many clients that work with us again and again: the ideal “long-term” contract.
